DBTClinician Retreats are specifically designed for health professionals interested in learning how to incorporate mindfulness into their clinical practice and daily lives. Our retreats offer an annual retreat for health professionals in Far North Queensland and Thailand which offers a variety of activities and new learning opportunities. During the retreat your mindfulness sessions will be guided by one of our trained practitioners through mindfulness based breathing, mindful walking and other mindfulness based strategies for you and your clients. The Retreat provides you with an experiential understanding of mindfulness and aims to teach you the tools that will enable you to incorporate this practice into your daily and work lives.

– Clinical Education Seminars to meet annual professional development requirements of mental health and wellbeing professionals in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
